Common Login Issues and How to Resolve Them
While the TKP188 login process is designed to run smoothly, you may occasionally encounter minor issues. Here is a troubleshooting guide covering the most frequently asked questions from our members:
Password Not Accepted
Make sure you enter your password correctly, including upper and lower case letters, as the TKP188 password is case-sensitive. Also check whether the "Caps Lock" function on your keyboard is active. If the issue persists, use the "Forgot Password" function to reset it.
Account Temporarily Locked
After several consecutive failed login attempts, the TKP188 security system will temporarily lock your account as a protective measure. Wait 15 minutes before trying again, or contact customer support to unlock it faster.
Not Receiving SMS OTP
If the OTP does not arrive within 60 seconds, make sure your phone has good network coverage and your SMS inbox is not full. Try requesting a new OTP by clicking "Resend". If you still do not receive it, the registered phone number may need to be updated — contact customer support for assistance.
Login Page Not Loading
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page. You can also try a different browser or use private/incognito mode. Make sure your internet connection is stable before trying again.
Security Best Practices: Always log out of your TKP188 account after you're done playing, especially when using a shared device. Enable 2FA for maximum protection and use a unique password that is not used for any other account.
